Reporting directly to the Plant & Fleet Coordinator, you will support Broken Hill City Council by undertaking all designated work tasks and successfully complete the required competencies at TAFE to achieve their apprenticeship within the specified period for the apprenticeship (4 years).
We are seeking an employee enthusiastic about pursuing a career as a boilermaker and skills in metal fabrication and welding. You will have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team The successful candidate will have a good customer service understanding and a genuine commitment to completing all aspects of the apprenticeship including on and off the job training.
