Council is seeking suitably qualified applicants to fill the temporary full-time role of Trainee Customer Services Officer.
Reporting directly to the Manager Corporate & Customer Service, you will support Broken Hill City Council with frontline contact for telephone and face to face contact for all Council related enquiries, such as lodgement of applications, payments, bookings and requests in relation to services that Council provides.
We are seeking an employee enthusiastic about pursuing a career Council, has experience working in small and large teams, and who has a good customer service understanding. The successful candidate will have proven ability to communicate well with others, have high-level Microsoft Office skills and take a proactive approach to their work.
