Are you passionate about organisational risk and risk governance, insurance portfolio management and fostering a positive risk culture. Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk Coordinator to join our Enterprise Risk/WHS team.
Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Risk, this position plays a key role in the ongoing development, administration, monitoring and continuous improvement of Council’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERM) and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Management systems.
In this role, you will contribute to the effective management of Council’s Insurance Portfolio to enhance Council’s overall risk governance, coordinate policy development and reviews, manage delegated databases and system registers, while providing customer service solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Insurance, or a relevant discipline, underpinned by a strong technical foundation to drive continuous improvement in a growing risk management framework.
We are seeking a highly effective communicator with strong organisational capability and exceptional attention to detail, who demonstrates a proven ability to work collaboratively within sensitive and confidential environments.
